You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated quotes before they are sent to your customers. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may require editing to accurately reflect your pricing, availability, and service terms.
As a user of QuoteMyText, you are responsible for the accuracy of all job details, pricing, and service information you provide. You must review and approve all quotes before they are sent. You must have consent from your customers to receive SMS and email communications. You must comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA regulations regarding text messaging. You must not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
QuoteMyText is offered as a monthly subscription service. Your subscription begins after your 14-day free trial ends. You will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteMyText shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
By using QuoteMyText to send messages to your customers, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to receive SMS and email communications. You agree to indemnify and hold QuoteMyText harmless from any claims arising from messages sent without proper consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, use the service for spam or unsolicited messaging, fail to pay your subscription fees, or engage in any activity that harms other users or the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of QuoteMyText after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
